In Franklin Park, American First provided site supervision, mechanical, lighting procurement management, on-site inventory management and site control and building and project management for a 400,000 sq. ft. USPS facility.  This major retrofit includes all mechanical and lighting systems upgrades in all-electric.

For Palatine, American First Contracting provided site supervision, mechanical, lighting procurement management, on-site inventory management and site control and building and project management for a 380,000 sq. ft. facility, providing a complete energy system retrofit.  This major retrofit included all mechanical and lighting systems upgrades in all-electric, regional distribution facility.

American First also provided owner liaison services for both.
