General Contracting/Construction Management
We provide General Contracting and Construction Management services on Commercial Construction projects. Services include project management and supervision, estimating, construction inspection, supervision and project management. We self-perform masonry, landscaping, and carpentry. Our primary clients are the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Illinois Tollway, although we perform work in the private sector as well.
Engineering
We are a Civil Engineering firm licensed in Illinois. We provide a wide variety of services to our clients including construction inspection services, project supervision, design services, cost estimating, scheduling and constructability analysis. We have worked on both design and inspection projects for the Tri-State Tollway (I294) and the Elgin O’Hare Western Access (EOWA).
We are currently working of multiple contracts from the Department of Veterans Affairs including installing a new roof at the VA in Gainesville, FL, a renovation to the main hospital at the VA Saginaw MI, upgrading the IT Hub at the VA Saginaw and installing a new Nurse Call system. We were just award the project to upgrade and correct the electrical deficiencies at the VA in Tuscaloosa Alabama.
We have active contracts on PSB 14-3, 17-1, 17-2, and 17-3 for the Illinois Tollway. We have 2 active Construction Inspection contracts (I-17-4690/4694/4695 which includes the widening of I90 and a new overhead bridge over I90 at the Des Plaines Oasis) and the construction of the Elgin O’Hare Western Access from Rt 83 to York Road. We are working on the Design Contract for the Mile-Long Bridge on I294.
